We are pleased to invite you to the 22nd edition of the Bartolomeo Scappi International Competition in Castel San Pietro Terme (IT). The competition is divided into three categories:
- PASTRY
- BARTENDING
- FOOD AND WINE EXHIBITION, on the occasion of the “Slow Food” event

The organizers will bear the accommodation costs in Castel San Pietro Terme, during the competition, for 2 students and 2 mentors (teacher and school principal), whereas travel and transportation stay at the expenses of participants.
