Please find enclosed the invitation as well as the application form for the 17th edition of the International Competition “Bartolomeo Scappi” to be held from April 13^th to 16^th, 2015 in Castel San Pietro Terme (I):

Competitions will be organised in three categories: 

Pastry (Ice cream competition) 

Bartending 

Eno-gastronomic exhibition. 

Each school will be asked to take part in the enogastronomic show during the “Slow Food” festival.
